No Returns Policy

At Easy Feed Fertilizer Co we are committed to delivering high-quality liquid fertilizers directly to our customers. Due to the nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Our fertilizers are consumable agricultural products. For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility. This includes cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered

  • Dissatisfaction with product performance/expectations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at sales@easyfeed.shop ; Include your order number and clear photos of the damage shown at the exact delivery site. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to this No Returns Policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items like our liquid fertilizers cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
